Al Gregory
Executive Vice President
Al Gregory is the Executive Vice President of Family Office 4.0, responsible for the development and growth of the FO4 community.
Al wholeheartedly agrees with the FO4 premise that the new generation of family offices is no longer satisfied with acquiring more information and best practices. In order to improve their experiences, Al seeks to ensure that FO4's offerings revolve around helping members improve themselves.
A 22-year veteran recruiter in wealth management and family office services, Al has conducted hundreds of candidate search assignments (from junior-level to the C-suite) for bank trust departments, accounting firms, and single and multi-family offices. His clients serve the financial and lifestyle needs of wealthy individuals and families with net worth ranging between $20M - $1B+.
Sunil K. Dalal
Founder & Chairman
Sunil is a serial entrepreneur and the Founder and Chairman of UNIDEL, a family of innovative technology companies that serve large, underserved, and fragmented markets with data-led insights.
Sunil is passionate about building tech businesses that solve real-world problems and disrupt the status quo. Under Sunil’s leadership, UNIDEL companies across the Industrial IoT, WealthTech, and CareerTech segments are designed to re-imagine solutions for the most pressing industry challenges.
Sunil is an active investor through his Family Office, RM Capital. He is a member of the Young Presidents Organization and is keen on nurturing entrepreneurial talent. Sunil holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering & Management of Technology from Vanderbilt University, USA.
Chirag Nanavati
Managing Director
Chirag Nanavati is part of the founding team and a Managing Director of Asset Vantage (a UNIDEL company) that helps families with complex wealth run their family office like they would their business.
Chirag leads AV’s business operations including sales, marketing, global product management, and customer success programs. Previously, he led UNIDEL company Softdel, as its Managing Director. Chirag has wide-ranging experience from managing start-ups and technology commercialisation to venture capital. He started his career with Honeywell R&D labs in the US, where he worked on commercialising real-time, mission-critical avionics and automation products. Subsequently, he was involved with an early-stage venture fund and later led business development and operations for a technology startup he co-founded.
Chirag holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, USA, and a BS in Computer Science from Michigan Tech University, USA.
Robin Williams
Managing Director
Robin Williams is a Managing Director of Asset Vantage (a UNIDEL company) that helps families with complex wealth run their family office like they would their business.
At AV, Robin focuses on its technology and engineering operations. Prior to joining AV, Robin was the Managing Director of Institutional Relationships at SEI Archway Technologies. In this role, Robin was responsible for the management and growth of new and existing client relationships with private banks and other financial institutions. Robin joined Archway in 2016 from Private Client Resources (PCR), a consolidated data aggregation and reporting firm, where he held the position of Managing Director, Product Development and CTO. While at PCR, he was responsible for the development and implementation of products and technology with the firm’s Private Bank, Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), and Family Office clients.
Robin holds a Bachelor of Science from the College of Charleston, SC, USA.
